At Treetop Escapes, we prioritize maintaining a harmonious balance between our guests' comfort and the natural environment of our properties. While we implement effective pest control measures, it's important to note that due to the rustic settings of some locations, encounters with local wildlife such as ladybugs, flies, scorpions, and occasionally mice, may occur. This is a part of the authentic experience of staying in a rural retreat.

For the safety and security of our guests, we have installed surveillance cameras in strategic outdoor areas. These cameras monitor the parking zones, kitchen area, and entrances to the overnight accommodations, ensuring a secure environment for everyone.

We kindly ask that you provide an accurate count of all guests staying at the property. In the event of additional guests, please notify us before your arrival to avoid any misunderstandings. An additional fee of $25 per night will be applied for each guest not declared in the initial reservation.

Please note that adhering to the checkout time is important. If departure is delayed by more than two hours past the scheduled checkout time, an extra day's charge will be incurred.

For those wishing to use the grill or fire pit, we recommend bringing your own fire starter, charcoal, and firewood. This helps maintain the pristine condition of our natural surroundings.

The security of our guests is a top priority, and as such, cameras are installed to monitor the exterior of all five entrances.

Lastly, our property is set in the beautiful, yet rugged terrain of the Georgian mountains. This includes steep hills and staircases amidst the mountainous landscape. Guests should consider this aspect of the property's location before booking to ensure it aligns with their preferences and abilities.
