Occupancy Limits: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed. Extra charges for undeclared guests.
Good Neighbor Policy: Adhere to quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and avoid illegal activities.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in after 4 p.m., check-out before 10 a.m. Notify check-out time by 7 p.m. the evening before.
Age Requirement: The booking guest must be at least 25 years old, or the specified minimum age.
Prohibited Activities: No smoking, partying, illegal drugs, or fireworks. Charges apply for violations.
Pets and Substances: Pets allowed only if mentioned in the reservation. No vapes, recreational drugs, or alcohol.
Damage Responsibility: Booking guest liable for any property damage.
Cancellation Policy: Adhere to the cancellation policy specified in the booking.
Extra Cleaning Fees: Charges for leaving the property excessively dirty.
Liability: Unique Stays not liable for accidents or illnesses during the stay.
Parties and Disturbances: Strictly prohibited, with penalties for violations.
Kitchenware and Trash: Wash your own dishes and take out the trash as directed.
Rental Policies

Return TV remotes to designated places. Turn off lights and close windows and doors. Set thermostat as directed.Confirm departure time by 7 p.m. the evening before check-out.
